Brand Building Organic Social Media Management Packages

We’ll create Canva templates for your brand as well so you can use them anytime you want for more posts.

Recommendation: Hire a photographer for a social media shoot so we can do it all truly custom. Photographers who do shoots for social media will give you 100+ photos in an hour or so that you can use.

TIER 2

The Brand Builder

$2,000/Month + $500 One time setup fee

The same custom content from the content bank option but we’ll also schedule it to post for you monthly, create stories for every post, and make sure that Monday-Friday you have posts going out on Facebook & Instagram.

This is the perfect option for teams looking to have custom content and not have to worry about posts happening each day.

We’ll create the content, send it to you for review, once approved we’ll schedule it out for the month. From there, you just need to post anything extra that you want such as your listings, content you create, and any behind the scenes pieces you want. 

Note: All clients on this plan are required to do quarterly social media photography shoots with a photographer at their own cost so our team can use the photos in your marketing.

TIER 3

The Social Expert Team Member

$2,500/month + $500 one time setup fee

Everything from Tier 2 plus our team will post your listings, create stories designed to capture people’s contact information, and do 15 minute calls with you every week to help plan the best way to share what you have going on with your community in real time.

It’s like having a fully trained social media expert on your team helping you drive measurable results. 

All you have to do with this package is respond to comments and engage — which our team will show you the right way to do that, too.

6-Week Social Media Foundation

$1,000

Our team will work with you for a set term of 3 months and during that period we will learn about your business and your goals, create a customized plan to market your business, and then help set up, launch, and then train your team to take it over and run with it going forward.You’ll have all the tools your team needs to consistently get real results online. 

This is a big commitment from all members of your team and is not a “hands-off” process. You must be committed to providing feedback, answering questions, and willing to make changes to improve your business.

How much do you charge?

Pricing varies depending on what you want us to take on. We have options starting from $399/month. There’s no upward limit depending on what needs to be done.

The majority of our clients are investing between $1,500-$3,000 month.

How long do you have to commit?

We work on a month to month contract. We just require 30 days notice to cancel services for our retainer contracts.

If we’re not the right fit for your business we do not want you to be tied down.

What kind of results can I expect?

Depends on what strategy you want implemented in your business. Some of our clients are looking for more awareness and to be top of mind. Others want as many people to talk to as possible.

Our goal with each client is to have a 3-5x ROI in the first year.

How quickly can you get an ad up and running?

For ads for your listings and other similar “simple” ads, we can get them up within 2 business days of the request.

For more complex requests it depends on the request itself. We will give you expected turnaround on all tasks when the task is requested.

 

How does the ad appear to the public?

The ads will be coming from you. Whether its a Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc… we’ll run the ads with your branding, from your platforms, and will only help to promote your business.

 

Do you offer exclusivity?

We do not offer exclusivity to single clients in an area. If we have multiple clients in the same area we do not run the same campaigns for each client. So you’ll never have something that looks identical to a competitor. Everything will be unique to you.
