What makes someone “coach-able”?: Someone with a growth mindset is really the biggest factor in being coach-able.

 

Do you identify more as a coach, sales trainer, mentor, or accountability partner?: Absolutely 100% as a coach. There is a HUGE difference in the others compared to a coach.

 

Who should hire you?: Anyone wanted to take their business to another level and has an inner voice that says “you are capable of more”.

 

Who shouldn’t hire you?: Small thinkers and those who think they know it all.

 

What makes you different than other coaches out there?: I look at myself as a partner in each of my clients businesses. Their goals are my goals . We also provide extreme value compared to other coaches not just limiting to a 30 minute call once a week.

 

Have you sold real estate personally?: Absolutely at a high level.

 

Where are you located geographically? What percentage, approximately, of your clients are American vs Canadian?:Ontario Canada. 70% Canadians 30% American’s.

 

What’s your speciality?: Creating Millionaires

 

Do you have systems for your clients? 3rd party or in house?: I have the systems in house. I rarely outsource.

 

What’s your on-boarding process like? How long to get someone up and running?: 2 weeks.

 

What’s included in your programs?: weekly coaching, Book masterminds, scripting calls, daily accountability , reachable coaches for extra help, Business planning clinic november.

 

What is the price range of your services? (mix to max – rough amounts, does not need to be specific): $800-$1600/month

 

Term length of contracts and cancellation requirements?: NO less than 1 year.

 

What’s your turnover rate?: 5%

 

What’s the main reason people stop coaching?: They get in their own way.

 

Can you share documented and proven results for your clients increase in performance?: Absolutely…..I have a solid reputation of results that’s not a problem.

 

Best training for a new agent?: So many options out there. I would hire a coach that specializes in building new agents or if your brokerage has a course…absolutely register.
